Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@neondistricts.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
