Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 7–15 business days

EU / EEA: 10–20 business days

United Kingdom: 12–22 business days

Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Customs & Import Duties

Neon Districts ships from international suppliers. Orders delivered to Switzerland may be subject to Swiss customs duties and import VAT for orders exceeding CHF 65. Orders to EU countries may be subject to local VAT at the point of entry. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 2–3 days to appear in the carrier system.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at contact@neondistricts.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
